RegenScope3 — Supply Chain Decarbonisation
Turn your supply chain into verified Scope 3 evidence your auditor can rely on.
RegenScope3 turns supplier farms into a primary agricultural data asset for Scope 3 reporting. It runs in three phases: satellite-calibrated nitrogen recommendations that pay the farmer first, soil organic carbon baseline mapping with three to five year trajectories, then reporting outputs conformant with GHG Protocol LSR, SBTi FLAG and CSRD ESRS E1, E3 and E4. Suppliers and their farmers maintain the records the brand reports from, so no direct farmer relationship is required. From January 2027, secondary emission factors stop conforming.
+€28/ha avg farmer profit
Phase 1: NUE / ANA - Farmers Win First
Satellite nitrogen maps → farmer savings → primary N₂O data flows in voluntarily
50% fewer soil samples
Phase 2: SOC Baseline + RothC Trajectory
High-resolution SOC maps · 3–5yr carbon trajectory per field · DPP certificates
CSRD + LSR + FLAG ready
Phase 3: Verified Scope 3 & Audit-Ready Evidence
ESRS · SBTi FLAG · GHG Protocol LSR · audit-ready documentation · verified practice payments (insetting) triggered from DPP
THE PROGRAM JOURNEY
From supplier farms to verified Scope 3 evidence - in three phases.
01
Farmer Engagement
NUE Optimisation - Farmers Benefit First
Deploy ANA (Agricultural Nutrient Assistant) across your supplier farms. Farmers receive satellite-calibrated nitrogen maps that reduce input costs immediately. Zero practice change required. Zero upfront cost.
What you get:
✓ Primary farm-level N₂O data replacing secondary emission factors
✓ Average €28/ha farmer profit through input savings
✓ ~3% GHG reduction potential from improved N-use efficiency
✓ Farmer trust and engagement from Day 1
✓ 30,000+ calibrated data points from a decade of real field deployment
✓ ANA application map is logged automatically - evidence accumulates without a survey ever being sent.
02
SOC Infrastructure
SOC Baseline Mapping
Once farmer relationships are in place, SatMRV maps the soil carbon baseline across your supplier network. This becomes the evidential foundation for all carbon and climate claims.
What you get:
✓ High-resolution SOC baseline per field (processed in <1 min per 100 ha)
✓ RothC-based 5-year SOC trajectory - forward-planning capability.
✓ Stratified sampling design (50% fewer physical samples)
✓ Practice change scenario simulation
✓ Digital Proof of Practice (DPP) certificate per farmer/field
✓ Verified practice payments (insetting) triggered from the DPP - proof pays farmers.
03
Regulatory Output
Scope 3, GHG LSR & CSRD Reporting
Triangulated DPP certificates, GHG Protocol LSR-conformant data exports, CSRD ESRS-compliant outputs, and SBTi FLAG progress reports - all independently verified, ready for limited assurance audit.
What you get:
✓ CSRD ESRS E1 (climate), E3 (water), E4 (biodiversity) datasets
✓ GHG Protocol LSR-conformant primary land-sector data
✓ SBTi FLAG Reduction target tracking
✓ Tamper-resistant DPP trail for every public sustainability claim ( EU EmpCo directive)
✓ Verified practice payments (insetting) triggered from the DPP
✓ Role-based access: your team, your suppliers, and your external auditor each get their own workspace on the same data

STANDARDS AND FORMATS
Built for every standard your auditor requires.
GHG Protocol LSR
Land Sector Removals Standard - effective 1 Jan 2027. RegenScope3 produces LSR-conformant primary data with full spatial traceability and audit documentation.
CSRD ESRS
E1 (Climate / Scope 3 Cat. 11), E3 (Water use), E4 (Biodiversity) data exports in ESRS-compliant format for limited assurance. E1, E3 and E4 exports from one satellite-verified field record.
SBTi FLAG
FLAG v1.2 (effective 19 March 2026). Land-use Absolute Reduction target-setting and annual progress tracking. Primary data replaces secondary emission factors.
EU CRCF
Carbon Removal Certification Framework aligned SOC modelling and practice verification. CRCF methodology registration in preparation.
EU EmpCo
Unsubstantiated environmental claims and ‘climate neutral’ claims based on offsetting are banned. RegenScope3 attaches a tamper-resistant DPP certificate to every public regenerative sourcing claim.

Both are primary under GHG Protocol conventions. Asserted primary data is reported by the farmer. Measured primary data is physically sampled and independently corroborated. They are not equally testable by an auditor. RegenScope3 combines physical sampling, satellite corroboration and farmer-confirmed practice, and labels which class each value belongs to.
-
Yes. From 1 January 2027 the requirement for primary field-level data with spatial traceability applies to land-sector Scope 3 reporting whether or not credits are issued, and secondary emission factors stop being a conforming option. The obligation is a reporting one, decoupled from the carbon market, which is why it reaches companies with no carbon programme at all.
-
No. Suppliers and their farmers maintain the field records the brand reports from. The brand sees aggregated footprint, regenerative progress and evidence packs through a role-based workspace on the same record, with no need for direct farmer access and no supplier survey programme to run.
-
Through PDCT, the Farm Evidence Assistant: a conversational, AI-assisted chat that captures practices, inputs and geotagged photographs as tamper-logged field evidence. ANA nitrogen recommendations and application maps are logged automatically, so evidence accumulates as a by-product of work the farmer already benefits from rather than as a compliance request.
