The Spacenus platform holds one farmer-owned field record that seven role-based workspaces read from and write to: farmer, cooperative or producer unit, supplier, retailer or brand, carbon programme, standard body and auditor. Each role sees only what it is permitted to see, auditor access is read-only and fully logged, and every reuse of the record is permissioned and recorded. Access is by web, mobile and API. Data is hosted in the EU under GDPR, with field-level evidence retained for ten years.
