Spacenus anchored CeBIT 2017!

CeBIT is a global event for digital business in Hannover where Spacenus GmbH got the opportunity to participate. We gained a lot of new perspectives in the world of IT and digital business.

This year in CeBIT the main buzz words were IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), which are also the main theme of Spacenus GmbH. Spacenus was presented as a progressive start-up at CeBIT 2017.

It was a great honour to meet the federal minister of economic and energy affairs, Mrs. Brigitte Zypries and the former ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter in the announcement of the “FabSpace Startup Week 2017”. The event was announced live on stage at the Software AG booth with remarkable media coverage of more than 50 journalists and many more attendees from all over the world where Spacenus was presented as a successor. The event started with a guest speech given by Mrs. Brigitte Zypries and continued with an impressive presentation by Thomas Reiter’s talk. Right after that, Software AG arranged a panel discussion where Mr. Lionel Born (CSO, Spacenus) explained how we are creating breakthroughs.

They also discussed about the importance and usefulness of AI, ML and Iot through which our agriculture and ecosystem will be much more benefitted.

After the interesting panel discussion, the Spacenus team, astronaut Thomas Reiter and the FabSpace team had a lively lunch together and Thomas Reiter shared some of his exciting experiences he achieved in space.
